    Mark joined Ferrari of San Francisco in January 2005 when it was a factory-owned store catering to Ferrari and Maserati clientele. Since that time, he has risen through the ranks from Maserati Sales Manager to the General Manager overseeing all aspects of the customer experience.

    Born in San Francisco, Mark moved away at a young age, only to return in 1999 with his family. Mark's career could be characterized as catering to clients of luxury and exotic brands, since he has worked for some of the world's most prestigious names in the automotive and electronics industries.

    Centered on dedication to providing the highest level of customer service, Mark and the team at Ferrari of San Francisco have proven to be a winning combination for their clientele.

    Since October 2010

    James has been part of the Ferrari team since October 2010 and his experience in the industry has quickly translated to the highest level of client care and satisfaction. While selling cars started off as a summer job while attending Johns Hopkins University, his love of automobiles and daily interaction with wonderful people makes this his 20th year in the industry. James has been Internet, Finance, and Sales Manager at luxury and exotic brands, owned his own dealership and is fluent in Mandarin. James feels that his success stems from an early dedication to building long standing relationships with clients and a focus on offering the most attentive service even after the sale. Not surprisingly, this is standard that the exotic car industry now holds itself to.

    Since August 2010

    Emmanuel joined the Ferrari Maserati of San Francisco team in 2010 as a Ferrari sales consultant. However, his true talents lie in handling all of the Events and Marketing for Ferrari of San Francisco. Born and raised in Paris, Emmanuel ran his own real estate business for almost ten years before moving to the San Francisco Bay area where his wife comes from.

    Emmanuel thrives to use his experience to maintain a high level of quality in the events hosted at Ferrari Maserati of San Francisco.

    Tom McAfee joined the Ferrari San Francisco team in 2009. With 18 years of experience including Internet and Sales Manager, Tom brings with him a large and loyal client base. He has earned his loyal following through continually striving to provide unparalleled service and by always being accessible. Prior to Ferrari, Tom was with his previous dealership for over 10 years and looks to exceed that tenure here, so you will be sure to see a familiar face during every visit.

    Jeff grew up in Philadelphia and went on to study at the University of Delaware where he majored in marketing and minored in economics. Jeff moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2004 and has been involved in the high-end automobile industry ever since. Selling Porsche's for a 7 year period allowed Jeff to hone his product and customer satisfaction skills which are absolutely vital for this very demanding exotic market. His dedication to providing the highest level of customer service has offered him success in this business and will continue to do so in the future.

    I am passionate about significant motorcars and enjoy engaging like-minded enthusiasts from all walks of life. I follow Formula 1 racing for obvious reasons but also enjoy high-end auctions where investment grade collector cars are featured and sold, so I truly enjoy cars (both as a vocation and as an avocation) in many ways. I gain as much satisfaction from viewing a fifty year old, newly-discovered barn find on the lawn of "The Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance" or "The Quail Motorsports Gathering" as I do attending a Formula One race.  It's particularly satisfying handing over the keys to a spectacular Ferrari to a client with whom I connect on a personal level. They are as excited to acquire it as I am to sell it and it's that level of shared enthusiasm that emerges is a career highlight for a genuine sales professional. The financial component (as robust as that might be, particularly for vintage and collectible cars) becomes incidental and you transition from "Sales Specialist" to trusted advisor. For me, selling with humanity and integrity is the very foundation upon which long-term, relationship based success is built. Being unable to distinguish friends from clients while scrolling through my contact list is an enviable position and one that I do not take for granted. In summary, the gorgeous cars, the passion, the history, and the scenic beauty of San Francisco all combine to make mine the best "car job" in the world.

    Adam started as a technician 10 years ago, working on Japanese cars, and made it way to Ferrari Maserati of San Francisco in March of 2011. in 2012 Adam made the move to the parts department and utilizing his technical knowledge of the brand is able to provide a detailed parts experience for our clients.
